  2. Why do I need to do it?
  3. Why do I have to do it this way?
  4. How do I do it in my context?
  5. How do I know that I am doing it well?

Note: This may seem obvious but it is glaringly missing from most instructional documents and meetings. It’s a good framework to keep in mind.
